Kajsa Schällebaum works in Member Services at the Swiss Property Owners Association. With her helpful and empathetic manner, she always approaches the concerns of our members with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.

Kajsa laid the foundation for her high standard of service during her apprenticeship as a federally certified retail specialist at Swiss Post. There, she developed a keen understanding of different customer needs and learned to remain professional and friendly even in challenging situations.

Kajsa lives in the Zurich Unterland region. Outside work, she enjoys trying out new recipes and following football, which she supports with great enthusiasm.
