Dominique Julen has been with the Swiss Property Owners Association since 2021. As Head of Investment Properties and a member of both the executive board and the board of directors, he brings extensive expertise to the management of income-generating assets across Switzerland, including multi-family houses, commercial properties, specialized real estate, and development land.

After earning his degree in International Hotel Management, Dominique began his career in operational hospitality and strategic hotel consulting, specializing in hotel real estate.

He expanded his knowledge through a part-time Master’s degree in Real Estate Management before working as a Senior Real Estate Consultant at Wüest Partner in Zurich.

Raised in Zermatt, Dominique enjoys spending his free time in the mountains, whether skiing or hiking. His passion for real estate and nature is reflected in his dedicated work.
