Manuel Frei works in the Back Office of the Swiss Property Owners Association. His main focus is on artificial intelligence and automation. He explores how internal workflows can be made more efficient, recurring tasks automated, and existing processes further developed with the help of new technologies. In addition, he supports the accounting department and takes on various administrative tasks.
Through several years of experience in accounting and the Front Office, Manuel has gained an in-depth understanding of the Association’s internal workflows and administrative processes. Today, he draws on this practical experience and broad knowledge to contribute effectively to new projects and their further development.
Alongside his work, Manuel is studying International Business Administration at Bern University of Applied Sciences, specialising in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He plans to graduate in summer 2027. Prior to this, he spent an exchange year at the University of Nevada in Reno, where he gained valuable international experience.
Manuel lives in the greater Bern area and also enjoys being on the move in his free time. During the summer months, he can often be found on his motorcycle. His passion for travel and cars regularly takes him beyond Switzerland’s borders.
