Pascal Zatti joined the Property Owners Association in 2021, where he took over the management of the Legal Services department. Additionally, he regularly evaluates properties. Since 2023, Pascal has been a member of the Executive Board and the Board of Directors. With over ten years of professional experience, Pascal has developed a knack for approaching situations with a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset. His amiable and open nature makes it easy for him to interact with people, and he always looks forward to tackling new challenges and questions.

During his studies, Pascal worked as a waiter and at the cash registers of retail stores. After completing his law degree, he applied his theoretical knowledge in practice at various law firms and government agencies. Subsequently, he spent several years as a Legal Counsel at different major companies.

Following his law degrees, Pascal further educated himself in the real estate world, earning certificates in CAS Real Estate Valuation and CAS Real Estate Management. He is also a trained mediator, which enables him to find sustainable solutions in difficult situations.

Pascal lives in Zurich, where he can be found either engaging in sports or enjoying good food at a restaurant. When not in Zurich, he loves to travel the world and expand his horizons with new experiences.
