Sandro Piccirilli has been active in the real estate business for many years and, since 2023, brings his extensive experience to Eastern Switzerland as an appraiser and senior real estate expert at the Swiss Property Owners Association. His expertise, passion, and commitment make him a valued and reliable contact for both the team and his clients. Throughout his career, thanks to his sales talent, Sandro has successfully accompanied over 1,000 real estate transactions in the regions of Bern, Solothurn, Zurich, Zug, and across Eastern Switzerland.

Sandro began his journey into real estate marketing in 2002 after initially coming from the planning world (specializing in architecture) and gaining his first experiences at a traditional real estate company in the canton of Bern. This was followed by important positions in Zurich, Zug, and St. Gallen, where he successfully led the fortunes of renowned real estate service providers as a sales manager.

After completing his training as a structural draftsman EFZ (specializing in architecture), Sandro finished the courses to become a real estate manager and real estate trustee SVIT in Bern in 2002/2003. Thanks to his constant curiosity and fascination for real estate development in the local market and for innovations, he keeps himself continuously up to date. Professional literature and real estate magazines in the fields of valuation, architecture, building services, marketing, and interiors accompany him and shape his daily work.

Sandro lives with his family in the picturesque Ottoberg TG and appreciates, in addition to the regional top wines, the rural tranquility and proximity to Lake Constance. In his private life, he finds inspiration by the lake and the sea, which serve as retreats for him. His favorite travel destinations include Sardinia, Apulia, and London, where he equally enjoys culture, nature, and diversity. His hobbies are football (now, unfortunately, only passively) and golf.
