Roman Reisenthaler has been active in the banking and real estate industry for 25 years and has been working for the Swiss Property Owners Association since 2021. With his analytical skills, extensive experience, and his motto, “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn,” Roman serves as a Senior Real Estate Expert, focusing particularly on property valuation. His strengths lie not only in technical expertise but also in his understanding, empathy, and ability to provide targeted solutions for clients.

Roman began his career in 1998 after completing his degree in Business Administration at the University of Zurich. He started at a major bank in Credit Recovery in Zurich. A seven-year stay in Lugano, working in the real estate sector, forged a lasting bond with the canton of Ticino. His ten years of experience in valuation and transactions at a large Swiss insurance company provided him with in-depth knowledge of major real estate transactions.

Roman further enhanced his expertise by earning a Master’s degree in Real Estate (MSc RE) in 2013 from CUREM in Zurich, after completing his initial lic. oec. publ. degree. He is also a member of RICS.

Roman lives in Herrliberg but feels equally at home in Seefeld and its surroundings. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and is a skilled chess player. A lover of languages, Roman speaks six languages fluently.
